Automated Corrosion Mapping use a robotic scanner to conduct rapid scanning to verify the equipment wall thickness condition of equipment/piping’s at normal and high temperature surfaces. AUT system is capable of acquiring actual wall thickness and base metal defects such as HIC/step-wise cracking, blistering, laminations and all base metal and can be used over large areas of vessels and piping while the system remains in operation or out of services.
